24/7 Accessibility Hotline
Report a blocked ramp, missing detour sign, or unsafe path. Staffed around the clock by the Office of Mobility.
TTY / Relay: 711 · Spanish, Vietnamese, and Somali interpreters available on request.
Public commitment
Every active work zone has a continuous, ADA-compliant accessible route. Where the sidewalk closes, a temporary path with detectable edges and a minimum 48-inch width is provided. If a route is ever blocked or unsafe, call the hotline and we will dispatch staff within 60 minutes.
